Mivan re-appointed for Grosvenor House Apartment fit-out
Mivan has been re-appointed by John Sisk & Son to commence work at the Grosvenor House Apartments on Park Lane. The project team is already on-site and will remain until the completion of the work in May 2011. Mivan was originally appointed to fit-out 129 apartments in December 2007.
The remainder of the contract is worth £11m+ and retains the original interior designs. The specialist joinery items have all been manufactured in Mivan’s facility and its in-house design development team has been working closely with architects Woods Bagot on the scheme.
Mivan has built up a strong reputation recently in the London luxury residential market. As a result the Company has recently launched its own brand – Mivan Prime – to deliver primarily, single unit properties with project values in excess of £2m acting as a main contractor in areas that include Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Belgravia and Kensington.
